Publisher and scope
FrameInk is a Windows screenshot and screen annotation application provided by Vinicius Caju under the FrameInk brand. For privacy questions, support, or requests relating to information you send us, contact contato@auditmaster.tech. This policy covers the application, support correspondence, and these static privacy pages.
Screenshots, annotations, and text
When you request a capture, FrameInk accesses the visible content of the selected monitor or region. That content may include personal information displayed by other applications. Screenshots, drawings, and annotation text are processed on your device. The current application does not automatically upload this content to the publisher, provide its own cloud storage, or include publisher-operated advertising or usage analytics. Continuous capture lets you request repeated screenshots; it is not continuous video recording.
Files and clipboard
Saving creates a PNG, JPEG, or BMP image in the folder you select. Copying places the image in the Windows clipboard. Other applications and Windows features, including clipboard history or synchronization, may process copied content according to your settings. If you select a folder synchronized by a third-party service, that service handles the synchronization under its own terms. The publisher does not receive those files through FrameInk.
Local settings and input controls
FrameInk stores your preferences locally, including language, theme, selected tool and color, stroke width, interface size and position, capture mode, destination folder, file format, and JPEG quality. A folder path can contain your Windows user name. The application recognizes the Ctrl key state, the right mouse button, and configured shortcuts to operate the tools. It does not record a typing history. Text you deliberately enter with the annotation tool becomes part of the drawing session and any image you choose to export.
Microsoft Store licenses and payments
The commercial Store edition uses Microsoft’s Windows.Services.Store platform to retrieve product information and license status and to enable the tools. Microsoft manages subscription activation, payment, renewal, and account-based purchase restoration. Microsoft may process account, transaction, and licensing information under its own policies. FrameInk does not receive your full payment card number. The checkout displays the applicable price and subscription terms. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, and manage related requests. Screenshots reach support only when you attach them; send only the information needed for your request. Support correspondence may be processed by the email providers used by the sender and support, under their privacy policies. It is retained as needed to handle the request and related follow-up or legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; retention required by applicable obligations may limit deletion.
This privacy website
These pages are served as a separate static website for FrameInk. The FrameInk pages do not embed advertising, analytics scripts, account sign-in, or upload forms, and do not set their own cookies. Hosting infrastructure can process technical request information such as IP address, request time, URL, browser details, and response status to deliver the page, operate the service, and investigate security or availability problems. Accessing the page does not upload screenshots or link them to records from other applications.
Retention and your controls
Saved screenshots remain in your chosen folder until you or the service responsible for that folder deletes them. Closing a temporary annotation session clears that session. You can delete exported images, clear your clipboard, change the destination folder, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not automatically delete images saved outside the app’s own data directory. Settings remain local until removed or replaced according to Windows and app settings. Technical hosting logs follow the hosting service’s operational retention and security practices.
Security and policy changes
The protection of local files depends on Windows permissions and the services you use. FrameInk does not add encryption to exported image files. We may update this policy if the application, support process, or website changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
